Cherry’s Tree Service is a one owner tree company based in Greenville, North Carolina. Matthew Bryan owns it, runs it, and does the work. The business serves Greenville, Winterville, Ayden, Farmville, Wilson, and the rest of Pitt County and the surrounding counties.
Who You Are Hiring
Matthew was raised in Greenville and raised in the tree business. His family runs one of the larger tree services in town, and Matthew spent his teens and twenties climbing, rigging, running the bucket, and grinding stumps on that crew. When he was ready, he bought his own equipment and started Cherry’s Tree Service under his own name.
That was more than five years ago. Since then Matthew has done work for somewhere between two and three hundred homeowners across Greenville and Wilson, and a lot of them have called him back for the next tree. He is 31, he still climbs, and he still answers his own phone.
How Matthew Works
- He quotes it himself. Every estimate is free and in person. You get one price for the whole job, cleanup and haul off included, before anything gets cut.
- He does the work himself. Matthew runs the saw, the bucket, and the grinder. When a job needs extra hands, the help is people he has worked beside for years.
- He does not oversell. If a tree can be trimmed instead of removed, he will tell you. If it is dead and leaning at your roof, he will tell you that too.
- He cleans up. Limbs chipped, logs hauled or stacked, sawdust raked. The yard is yours again when he leaves.
Fully Insured
Cherry’s Tree Service carries liability insurance on the crew and the equipment. Tree work near houses, power drops, fences, and cars is exactly the kind of work you do not want an uninsured neighbor with a chainsaw doing. Ask for the certificate and you will get it.
The Equipment
A bucket truck for tall pines and hardwoods with clear access, climbing and rigging gear for trees packed in tight between houses, a stump grinder, a chipper, and a flatbed for hauling logs and debris. Enough to take down a sixty foot loblolly over a roof and leave the lawn intact.
